Basic fundamentals of skills are of the upmost importance when beginning something new. Kid’s Gym is set up to introduce skills such as balance, dexterity skills, coordination and the ability to focus on the task at hand. All of these things are introduced through the use of beginner beam, bar, trampoline and floor skills. You will find your child’s confidence soar as they begin to achieve skill set forth each week.
